
Can I register a branch company in Lithuania and get a residence permit for 3 years?
Yes, you can register a branch office of your native country’s company in Lithuania (your company should be outside of European Union) and apply for a Temporary Residence Permit for 3 years in Lithuania.
For the process these documents are needed:
- Copy of passport;
- Address of living;
- Properly legalized your native country Company registration certificate and statutes (i.e. legalized with Apostille)
- Employment contract (which shows that you work in the company for at least 6 months);
- Education diploma documents;
- Police clearance certificate (properly legalized).
The process
1) Client sends us the required documents and pays 50% prepayment.
2) Within 2-3 weeks documents will be prepared to be sent to a client.
3) After we receive the remaining 50% prepayment, we will send the documents by post courier to your home address or it can be done by sending documents by email only. Then you can apply for a residence permit at the nearest Lithuanian embassy, or you can submit the documents to Immigration Office in Lithuania.
