If your company is registered in Lithuania and you have received the documents from BIZBON consultant, you can now start registering your application for a visa or residence permit in Lithuania. You will need to keep this guide which explains in a simple and clear way what you need to do to have your documents successfully accepted and approved.
Please follow these simple steps:
✅ Step 1 – Sign your documents
Please sign next to your name where required.
✅ Step 2 – Submit your visa application & make an appointent
If you apply outside Lithuania → https://www.vfsglobal.com
If you apply inside Lithuania → https://www.migracija.lt
✅ Step 3 – Open company bank account (for D visa / TRC only)
We strongly recommend opening a company bank account in Lithuania before visa submission and transferring €14,000 per applicant to it.
You can open it:
Online: in example www.paysera.lt, www.revolut.lt
In-person: SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, or any other.
(For Visa Type C — this is not required.)
If you don’t want to open a bank account, we prepared cash investment receipts for you (it was attached).
These may be accepted abroad, but sometimes immigration officers ask to see the money in a Lithuanian bank account — please keep this in mind.
✅ Step 4 – Get health insurance
You must have valid health insurance during your stay.
You can buy it online at www.ergo.lt or any other Lithuanian insurance company.
✅ Step 5 – Accounting & company supervision
Lithuanian authorities require every company to have an accountant.

✅ Step 6 – Business plan. Mandatory for visa / residence permit.
