First and the main thing is that a foreigner is required to have a work permit that lets him reside and work in a target country. In order to obtain a work permit for the future employee, you have to submit these documents – company documents, passport copy of a prospective employee, prospective worker’s education documents, foreign worker’s work experience, an employer’s signed statement containing information about the job requirements.
